The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were service-oriented.- The beds were comfortable.- The room was a nice size and extremely pleasant.- The location was decent, not very far from Skyview.

well-organised and newly decorated hotel with a very professional staff and a roof top bar. large breakfast with many options, very efficient service. all in all strategic and best possible location, so close to an easy to reach location globen and gullmarspan metro stations and train. again, walking distance to backdoor gay night club.

Stylish property with polite employees at the reception desk. Very modern decor, exceptionally comfortable beds, fashionable rooms.- Lovely view of the inside from the window.

The room, the restaurant on the ground floor, the view of the Globen Arena during breakfast, the shuffle board table in the hotel bar, the reception in general.

- Despite the fact that we booked the 2 adults + 2 children rate, the confirmation from the hotel only showed "2 Guests", making us uncertain if we would have to pay an extra (in the conditions there was an extra for the additional beds). In the end, no extra charge was made. . - The subway line that connects the Globen with the Center was under construction and we had to make 2 transfers, doubling the time to move (we understand that this is an exceptional circumstance, but we had to suffer) . - The breakfast is mainly salty, especially bread, cold cuts, sausages, bacon, cheese, yoghurts, cereals. We miss some more sweets. There were waffles, pancakes and a kind of sponge cake. There was no natural juice.

Liked the Jacuzzi and Sauna, despiter small are enough to relax. Also breakfast as good variety and people are friendly.

I've upgraded the room to a mini-suite. Good, but not so clean. Also, recepcionist not very competent. She messed up my reservation and we had a guy entering our room while we were there, thinking it was his room. Lucky I was in a good mood that day...

The twin room I was given was complete with a very comfortable bed and nice temperature. I enjoyed staying here, the breakfast was delicious and superb with many options. - Great service. - the location was marvelous and ideal, next to a concert hall and a stadium.

Nice room, would have liked a flatscreen. Good beds, plenty of space, free wifi that worked. Wonderfuld breakfast buffe:-) fun to look inside The Globe when eating breakfast. Easy to come with public transport. Helpfull staff.

old fasion tv. Clean, but you could see it was an old hotel, broken wood in doorframe, old dirt the corners in the barthroom and bathtub where the things did not work.

The location of the Hotel was perfect for my business trip.

I've stayed in many hotels throughout the world, and I have to say the staff at this one were the ignorant and un-engaging I've ever come across. Left waiting to be seated at the restaurant for over 20mins whilst staff stormed by with no eye contact. Decided it would be quicker to get food in the bar, but staff there were talking casually to other customers in Swedish for another 15mins. Ended up going back to room and ordered room service instead, and even that came without the drink I'd ordered, which took yet another 20mins to come, after I'd eaten the food. *Highly unrecommended*

The rooms have a modern design and cable TV with multiple channels, and the breakfast is extensive and tasty.

Enjoyed my stay here, the service was fantastic! the breakfast in the morning was yummy, especially the fresh juices. Loved the view of the Ericsson Globe while having breakfast 🌟.
